Why do I have to provide a telephone number for a delivery?
It is mandatory that you provide us with a telephone number of the person who will receive the flowers or the house where the delivery must be made.
If you do not leave us their phone number, we will contact you so you can tell us how to proceed. If we are unable to contact you, we will attempt a delivery during the time slot you have chosen. If the person is not at home, we will do everything possible to find a solution: talk to the neighbors, call you again by phone, etc. If we still cannot deliver the flowers, we will inform you by email that we will take them back to the store and they will be there at your disposal until you decide what to do with them (pay for a new delivery or pick them up personally).
Is it true that you deliver personally?
Yes, it is true, in Barcelona all shipments are made by a courier who is specialized in flower deliveries.
We deliver by hand, if we can avoid it we do not use boxes as they can spoil the bouquets and mistreat the flowers. Plants are more resistant but they also suffer, so we try to avoid boxes as much as possible.
What is the price for home delivery in Barcelona?
The price for home delivery in Barcelona city is 11€.
For other municipalities in the Barcelona province the price varies depending on the distance to our store.
Is it possible to deliver flowers outside the province of Barcelona?
Yes, it is possible to make deliveries to other parts of Catalonia, but it is difficult and, above all, expensive.

Why is transportation so expensive?
Natural flowers do not travel well.
Transportation is carried out by a courier who is specialized in flower deliveries. If we send our flowers with an express transport company, we will have no guarantee that the flowers will arrive in good condition. Specialized companies charge per kilometer (round trip). It is expensive, but it is the only way to guarantee that the flowers arrive in perfect shape.
Can you send eternal roses and derived products (candy, cosmetics, aromas...) outside of Catalonia?
Yes, that is no problem.
With good packaging we can ensure that these products get to their destination in good shape.
